The house is located in Santa Sabina of Carovigno. It is a small, lovely village by the sea, with the Port, XV century Tower, a 'Pineta', and main street with restaurants and bars. It is excellently situated, 20 Km from Brindisi's Airport, 10 Km from Ostuni, 60 Km from Lecce and Salento, 50 Km the 'Valle d' Itria' and Alberobello City. In the area a fantastic panorama of olives trees, the 'trulli', white painted houses typical of Mediterranean style and plenty of the old 'Masserie'. Excellent variety of wine and food, fish, vegetables and cheese, and the famous home made 'orecchiette'. Folklore and traditional Festivals in summertime, with concerts, beach parties, the famous 'Notte della Taranta' not too far, and many other cultural attractions.

Booking conditions
The minimum rental period is one week, and the changeover day is Saturday, arrival after 12:00 and departure within 10:00 AM. A 20% deposit is required as booking confirmation. The balance is payable at the arrival day, together with a damage deposit of 15% with a minimum of 150 Euro and a cleaning deposit of 50 Euro. Both deposits are refundable in one solution within 1 weeks of return if the house is left clean and without any damage. Included in the rental rates are: gas, water, electricity. Bed linens and towels are not provided.
